Requirement Engineer – Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

Location: Bolzano, Italy (onsite 2 weeks per month) / Remote/Hybrid the rest of the time

We are looking for a motivated Requirement Engineer to join our team working on electric vehicle (EV) charging station projects in Bolzano. You will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements from stakeholders and translating them into technical specifications for implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document requirements from stakeholders for EV charging station projects.
Act as a bridge between business teams, technical teams, and external partners.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
Support project planning and execution by ensuring requirement alignment.
Participate in workshops, meetings, and site visits (approx. 2 weeks/month in Bolzano).
Maintain clear and organized documentation for all project requirements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Requirement Engineer, Business Analyst, or similar role.
Knowledge of electric vehicle infrastructure or willingness to learn.
Strong communication skills in English, German is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Willingness to travel to Bolzano approx. 2 weeks per month.
