Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews; 5. Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels; 6. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases; 7. Solid organizational and time-management abilities; 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; 9. Strong decision-making skills.
