At Thunder, our Enterprise Architects (EAs) are strategic leaders who define and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, technical architecture, and delivery execution. Operating above any single project stream, you will define the long-term platform strategy and govern how Salesforce integrates into the broader technology ecosystem (ERP, Data Warehouse, Middleware, etc.). You will serve as the "connective tissue" on multi-cloud programs, ensuring that individual workstreams align technically and from a data model perspective.
This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise and strong consulting skills, focusing on problem-solving and leading technical projects within the Salesforce (and other) ecosystems. Enterprise Architects at Thunder are problem-solvers - so here's your chance to showcase your tenacity and help redefine how technical architecture can be delivered.

- Define the system architecture and identify gaps between the current and desired end-states to deliver a comprehensive CRM solution.
- Govern how Salesforce fits into the broader technology landscape, ensuring seamless interoperability with third-party systems.
- Forecast detailed estimates for proposed solutions and clearly articulate the benefits and risks of feasibility and functionality.
- Ensure that the overall solution design is compatible, scalable, and adheres to best practices.
- Review and approve architecture decisions across streams, establishing design patterns and enforcing guardrails on customization vs. configuration.
- Create diagrams, draft design documentation, and employ best practices to lead technical aspects of implementation and optimization projects.
- Oversee the development team to ensure the system meets client expectations, proper testing is conducted, and performance is monitored.
- Partner with offshore and nearshore resources to conduct code reviews, uphold coding standards, and clarify design decisions.
