Customer Service Representative - Dutch Speaker

What You' ll Do:

Every day, you´ll bring calm, clarity, and care to travelers across the globe. From guiding them through trip planning to resolving issues with understanding and efficiency, youll transform challenges into great experiences.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Interacting with customers via calls, chats, and emails

• Researching to deliver accurate, timely, solution-focused support

• Offering expert guidance and reassurance in every conversation

• Collaborating with teammates and escalating cases when needed

What You Bring:

• Fluency in Dutch & English (spoken and written)

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• 6+ months of customer service experience (travel/hospitality a plus!)

• A naturally empathetic, positive, and solution-oriented mindset

• Confidence using computers and navigating multiple systems

• Residence in Greece
