We are seeking a skilled and driven Salesforce Developer with 4 to 8 years of practical experience to become a vital part of our team. The chosen candidate will be tasked with designing scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions that support our business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Design and tailor Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

Create and configure custom objects, validation rules, flows, and approval processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Integrate Salesforce with external third-party systems via REST and SOAP APIs.

Manage data migration and manipulation using tools such as Data Loader and Workbench.

Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to Salesforce best practices.

Perform unit testing and support QA/UAT processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Participate in agile ceremonies and actively contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.

Comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce platform, covering configuration, customization, and security models.

Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration methods.

Familiarity with deployment tools like Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, or the ANT Migration Tool.

Possession of Salesforce certifications is mandatory.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a proactive mindset.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).

Knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions or previous experience collaborating with government or public sector clients.

Exposure to DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Bitbucket pipelines.

Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
