Help Us Launch Google Ads in Slovakia!
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Google Ads Digital Sales Manager to help us launch one of the world’s most powerful digital platforms in the Slovakian market.
This isn’t just another sales role — it’s a unique opportunity to lead the introduction of Google Ads to local advertisers, working on a global partnership with real market impact. You’ll help build something from the ground up, collaborate with industry leaders, and be at the forefront of Slovakia’s digital marketing evolution.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business by prospecting, networking, and building your own pipeline.
- Consult and build relationships with decision-makers at performance agencies and key merchants.
- Lead client pitches and sales conversations with the goal of scaling Google Ads locally.
- Take ownership of sales forecasts, KPIs, and reporting.
- Act as a trusted partner to clients, proactively solving challenges and ensuring long-term success.
- Collaborate with Sales Directors, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Help shape and execute the local go-to-market strategy for Google Ads in Slovakia.
What You Need For This Role
- Around 3 years of digital advertising or media sales experience (agency, platform, or direct sales background preferred).
- A strong understanding of the Slovakian digital advertising ecosystem, with good connections in the local market.
- Experience with Google Ads, performance marketing, or e-commerce campaigns.
- Comfortable managing your own sales process and working independently to hit targets.
- Fluency in Slovak and English.

Compensation & Rewards
