We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Aesthetic Sales Counsellor to join a growing network of advanced dermatology and aesthetic clinics. This role involves guiding patients through treatment options, driving conversions, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide walk-in and telephonic counselling to patients for skin, hair, and laser treatments
  • Understand patient concerns and recommend suitable treatment plans, packages, and pricing
  • Convert consultations into bookings while achieving monthly sales targets
  • Maintain regular follow-ups for re-visits, ongoing treatments, and package renewals
  • Coordinate with doctors and operations teams to ensure a smooth patient journey
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems
  • Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and engagement

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Counsellor in dermatology, aesthetic, cosmetic, or wellness industry
  • Strong knowledge of treatments such as Hydrafacial, Laser Hair Removal, PRP, acne care, and anti-aging solutions
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English
  • Target-driven mindset with a patient-centric and empathetic approach
  • Presentable personality with strong relationship-building skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and computer applications preferred
