PURPOSE OF THE POSITION – Global Retail Audit & Mystery Shopping Program Manager

Project management and steering of the project team, contact person for the customer. Ensuring agreed deliverables and objectives are met.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Leading and supporting the Global MSX Audit Team
Organizing, preparing and participating at weekly reviews
Organizing and participating at quarterly reviews with superior management. Agree and check on the content of the review with the Regional Delivery Leader.
Participating in ad-hoc meeting
Conduct and chair regular KPI performance reviews
Produce and develop analytical reporting, which is clear and concise, and communicate reporting to ensure performance is tracking against KPI’s and targets
Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently including performance, personnel, and relationships, support and communications in the market/project
Ensures that all audits are delivered according to the agreed quality standard and reports meet the highest standards of precision, clarity, and compliance
Oversee the global Budget and P&L and find ways to optimize profitability in alignment with Delivery Leaders.
