Handle inbound & outbound customer interactions via phone and digital channels
Provide expert guidance on products, services, and sustainability efforts
Ensure First Contact Resolution and top-notch customer satisfaction
Create sales & retention opportunities through personalized engagement
Be an ambassador for the brand, sharing your passion for quality coffee!

Who are we looking for?

Fluent in French (C1/C2) English is a plus!
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Customer-focused with a positive, proactive attitude
Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic environment
