This is a high-impact remote role where you will manage and scale multi-platform campaigns, optimize ad performance, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage high-budget paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other platforms
Analyze campaign performance and optimize for key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and funnel optimization
Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and copy
Monitor and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize returns
Generate performance reports and present insights to stakeholders
Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices in digital advertising
4+ years of experience in media buying or performance marketing
Proven track record managing ad budgets of $50,000+/month
Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Experience with TikTok Ads and other emerging platforms is a plus
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hyros, Triple Whale, etc.)
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and funnels
Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with eCommerce or lead generation clients preferred
Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely with global teams
