Job Title: Marketing Manager / Marketing Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly proactive and strategic Marketing Manager who can lead both the strategy and execution of our marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, taking ownership of projects, and moving initiatives forward without requiring constant direction.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for strengthening the company’s online presence and positioning our brand as a trusted partner for global executives seeking remote talent. This includes developing campaigns, creating compelling content strategies, and improving how we attract both high-quality candidates and prospective clients.

This role requires someone who can think creatively, challenge conventional approaches, and bring new ideas to the table, while also collaborating effectively with internal teams such as recruitment, operations, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Leadership

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and attract both clients and candidates.
  • Plan and lead marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to support company growth.
  • Identify opportunities to improve brand positioning, lead generation, and talent attraction.

Content Strategy & Social Media Growth

  • Lead the development and execution of content strategies across social media platforms.
  • Create meaningful and engaging content that highlights the company’s services, culture, and success stories.
  • Improve the company’s social media presence and engagement through innovative and strategic initiatives.
  • Experiment with new formats, trends, and creative approaches to expand reach.

Brand & Messaging Development

  • Strengthen the company’s messaging and positioning across all digital channels.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
  • Communicate the company’s value proposition clearly to both clients and remote professionals.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with recruitment, operations, and leadership teams to gather insights and align marketing initiatives with company goals.
  • Translate internal updates, success stories, and client outcomes into compelling marketing content.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and continuously refine strategies based on insights.
  • Identify new opportunities to improve marketing processes, campaigns, and audience engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing strategy and campaign execution
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing and content strategy
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing initiatives
  • Demonstrated creativity and ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Experience working with B2B services, recruitment companies, or talent-focused organizations is a plus
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally while maintaining autonomy
