What you’ll achieve

As a highly experienced, autonomous senior delivery leader you will work directly with the EHR Program Director to define, operationalize, and drive execution of the ANZ Dedalus EHR implementation program aligned with the ORBIS EMR offering.

This role bridges program design and client delivery and is a first-in-country implementation of the EHR solution, which integrates the Europe-leading ORBIS EMR with local PAS, Radiology and pathology systems, among other integrations. You will not only have the opportunity to build out the scalable implementation framework and associated, effective tools, you will execute and successfully mobilize it into live projects.

You Will

  • Support the EHR Program Director by shaping the project delivery approach, structure, and operating rhythm
  • Identify and track cross-workstream dependencies, constraints, and integration points
  • Apply and refine the ANZ Dedalus EHR implementation methodology to ensure it is practical, usable, and aligned with EHR capabilities
  • Tailor implementation pathways (greenfield, brownfield, phased, big-bang, hybrid) to specific project contexts
  • Define and enforce entry/exit criteria for each project gateway
  • Lead development of the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and delivery model
  • Partner with client project manager to develop strong collaboration and harmonized project plans
  • Work with product teams to translate product functionality into clear implementation tasks
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales to ensure contracted scope aligns with deliverable scope
  • Align customer workflows and operational processes with the product deployment approach

Essential Requirements

  • 10+ years senior project/program delivery experience in enterprise or healthcare IT
  • Experience in planning and mobilizing complex platform implementations
  • Proven ability to define execution frameworks and then operationalize them

  • PRINCE2, PMBOK, MSP or equivalent certification
  • Advanced experience with planning tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence or similar)
  • EMR/EHR implementation experience (e.g. ORBIS, Cerner, Epic, Meditech)

 Desirable Requirements

  • Experience creating implementation playbooks or deployment frameworks
  • Understanding of clinical safety and regulatory environments
  • Technical understanding of on-premises and cloud hosted solutions
  • Healthcare workflow and operational knowledge
  • Strong analytical thinking and questioning mindset
