GTM Engineer (Growth)

We’re hiring a GTM Engineer who blends engineering skill with growth instincts and a strong bias for building leverage. Your mission is to help Concourse increase sales velocity by building and shipping solutions to close more deals, accelerate sales cycles, and scale our pipeline and reach. You’ll work directly with the CEO to create AI-driven playbooks and solutions as well as build internal agents, creating demos, automating outbound, generating technical content, and jumping into high-priority customer conversations when needed.
