Mid-Level QA (SDET)
Added 5 days agoWe are a QA Automation Engineer to join our development team. This job is great for someone who likes to work with data and technical documents.
Your Responsibilities:
- Read and understand OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) equipment documents (like sensor specifications, events, and thresholds).
- Gather, organize, and prepare data for automated protocol configuration.
- Help automate testing scenarios using structured data.
- Work with developers and protocol owners to ensure that equipment specifications are accurate and complete.
- Find and report any mistakes, missing information, or unusual items in the documents.
- Help create internal tools or scripts (for example, using Python) to make data processing easier.
- Keep records of configurations and document any changes.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes carefully.
- 2–4 years of experience in QA, data analysis, or technical documentation.
- Knowledge of structured data formats (like Excel, CSV, XML, JSON).
- Experience with scripting languages like Python or Bash.
- Basic understanding of software configuration processes.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Advanced English for daily reports with clients.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with equipment protocols or industrial data (e.g., CAN, J1939).
- Knowledge of QA automation or continuous integration environments.
- Ability to read and understand technical hardware documents.
- Familiarity with configuration management or DevOps processes.
- ISTQB or similar QA certification.
- Experience with Terraform, AWS, or Robot Framework.
