Customer Success/Account Manager
About the Role
We are seeking Customer Success Managers / Account Managers who can take full ownership of client relationships, drive results, and act as trusted partners to clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, commercially minded, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
We provide training and are open to candidates with less experience who demonstrate the right mindset, ownership, and growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and results
- Take full ownership of client performance, ensuring goals are met and exceeded
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client outcomes, retention, and growth
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, etc.) to deliver high-quality outputs
- Monitor account performance and provide strategic recommendations to clients
- Communicate updates, insights, and results clearly and consistently
- Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Required Experience
- 1–4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services (flexible for high-potential candidates)
- Experience managing client relationships or handling client-facing responsibilities
- Exposure to fast-paced, results-driven environments
Nice to Have
Experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency
Background in eCommerce or performance marketing
Experience working with international or North American clients
