Our client is a boutique, London-based integrated marketing agency with over 30 years of experience, working with premium global brands across financial services, travel, and lifestyle industries.
They are a close-knit team of ~15 people, known for their high standards, collaborative culture, and long-term client relationships. Their work spans multiple channels, including digital, print, and campaign-based marketing.
About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Integrated Designer to support high-profile, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
This is a highly dynamic, hands-on role that requires both creative thinking and execution. You’ll work across a wide variety of deliverables, including email, social media, print, presentations, and landing pages, often within fast turnaround times.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, takes ownership of their work, and consistently delivers premium-quality design.
Responsibilities
Conceptualize and execute design work across integrated campaigns (email, social, print, landing pages, presentations, etc.)
Deliver high-quality assets aligned with strict brand guidelines and premium standards
Manage multiple projects simultaneously (typically 2–3 tasks per day)
Collaborate with internal teams across time zones (primarily UK-based team)
Apply strong attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all deliverables
Work independently while proactively seeking feedback when needed
Adapt quickly between different types of deliverables and campaign needs
Maintain consistency and excellence across all brand touchpoints
5+ years of experience as a designer (agency experience strongly preferred)
Proven experience working across integrated/multi-channel design (digital + print)
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup
Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
Nice to Have
- Experience with Figma
- Motion graphics or animation (After Effects)
- Experience working with financial services, travel, lifestyle, or luxury brands
- Exposure to both B2B and B2C campaigns
Strong portfolio demonstrating:
High-quality, polished design execution
Attention to detail and visual hierarchy
Consistency across multiple touchpoints
Salary: $3,200 USD/month

Monday to Friday 8:00am–4:30pm EST (flexible schedule)
