Role Overview

Support customers via phone, email, and chat
Assist with online orders, deliveries, and general queries
Provide professional service in German and English
Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Requirements

German proficiency: B2–C2 (spoken & written)
Good English communication skills
Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
Customer service or call centre experience (retail is a plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willing to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends
Basic computer skills
