We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive delivery across our development team. You will manage the project lifecycle, backlog, timelines, and delivery roadmaps in Jira—keeping work organized, prioritized, and moving. You’ll be acting as the bridge between the development team and senior management, translating directives into actionable tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

• Maintain the development backlog, project timelines, milestones, and delivery roadmaps in Jira—ensuring tasks are clear, scoped, estimated, and prioritized in alignment with management directives
• Participate in daily/weekly planning sessions (Kanban-based); track progress, identify risks early, drive blockers to resolution, and continuously improve team processes
• Collaborate with developers to translate features and requirements into clear, actionable tasks through a structured requirement specification process
• Maintain project documentation up-to-date, including meeting notes, Confluence Spaces, and process blueprints
• Participate in cross-functional product planning sessions; manage administrative coordination, communication, and timeline tracking

Stakeholder Communication & Translation

• Act as the primary liaison between the development team and senior management and other stakeholders—translating directives into development-ready tasks and delivering concise progress updates and milestone summaries

Client & External Coordination

• Serve as a point of contact for client-facing communications when needed
• Coordinate integration timelines and delivery commitments with external vendors and service providers as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field (project management, business, technology, or similar)
• 3–7 years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical PM, or Delivery Manager in a software or technology company, with a proven track record of working directly with software development teams.
• Solid working knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)—comfortable with technical terminology (APIs, pull requests, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure)
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Monday, or similar platforms
• Experienced working in Agile environments
• Strong written and verbal communication in English - Comfortable managing expectations of and presenting to C-level stakeholders and strategic clients
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple parallel projects in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities

Advantages

• Hands-on experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and Slack integrations)
• Advanced Excel skills (queries, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Background in iGaming, live casino, video streaming, or SaaS platforms
• PM certification (PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent)
