Delivery Operations Manager (India)

Delivery Operations Manager position based in India. The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our team leaders and their direct reports deliver fantastic service that meets or exceeds customer requirements and that our customers receive exceptional support. Experience requirements include background screening industry operations, managing headcount 20-50, and remote team management. Strong focus on process improvement, automation, RPA and/or AI to drive productivity.
