About the Role:

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Lisbon! If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Job tasks:

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in French.
  • Handle inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to solve customer issues.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

Schedule & Working Conditions:

  • Monday to Friday: Rotating shifts between 06:00 and 22:00.
  • No weekend work Saturdays and Sundays off!
  • Commute Support: We offer Uber reimbursement up to 25 for early morning shifts starting at 06:00.

What We Offer:

Salary: Competitive package (to be disclosed during the interview).

Meal Allowance: 7.23€ per working day.

Welcome Bonus Receive a 2000€ bonus upon joining!

Transport Allowance: 20 per month.

Health Insurance:

  • Available from Day 1 (small monthly contribution required).
  • Fully covered after 6 months of employment.

️ Relocation & Benefits for Lisbon Hires:

  • Flight Reimbursement: Up to 400€ (Economy class) after completing 6 months.
  • Accommodation Support: If relocating from outside Portugal, you can stay in a shared apartment for up to 12 months at 280/month (utilities included, deducted from your salary).

Who Were Looking For:

  • Fluent in French (written & spoken).
  • Good command of English for internal communication.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Eligible to work in Portugal with one of the following:

    • EU ID

    • Residence card
