About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Communications Executive to take ownership of marketing communications, content creation, and execution. This is a full-time, fully remote role for someone who can independently plan, write, and deliver high-quality content while keeping marketing initiatives moving.
You will work directly with the AVP of Growth and Customer Experience, supporting brand positioning and pipeline generation through consistent, structured, and well-executed marketing efforts.
What you will do
1. Content Writing & Marketing Communications
Own and write all core marketing content, including blogs, announcements, case studies, and website content
Translate internal inputs into clear, structured, and engaging narratives
Draft and refine marketing emails, newsletters, and campaign messaging
Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and positioning across all channels
Turn technical or operational information into content that is easy to understand and relevant for hotel decision-makers
2. Content Marketing & Campaign Execution
Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing priorities
Repurpose content across formats such as blogs, social posts, decks, and email campaigns
Support and execute campaigns for product launches, features, and initiatives
Continuously identify content opportunities based on business needs and market positioning
3. SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
Conduct keyword research relevant to hospitality and energy management
Optimise all written content for search visibility
Apply best practices for structure, headings, and metadata
Improve performance of existing content through updates and optimisation
4. GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation)
Structure content so it performs well on AI-driven platforms and search assistants
Write content that directly answers common industry questions and user intent
Optimise content for summaries, structured responses, and AI retrieval
Position SensorFlow as a reliable reference in hospitality technology queries
5. Visual & Creative Execution
Create and edit marketing visuals
Design clean, on-brand assets for blogs, social media, and campaigns
Prepare and update sales enablement materials
6. Coordination & Execution
Manage and track marketing tasks to ensure deadlines are met
Coordinate with external vendors such as designers, developers, or freelancers
Follow up on deliverables and ensure consistent progress across initiatives
Support overall marketing execution and operations
What we are looking for
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, content, or communications
- Strong content writing ability
- Ability to take ownership of content from idea to final output
- Proficiency in graphic designFamiliarity with content marketing and digital workflows
- Understanding of SEO and GEO
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
- Familiar with LinkedIn and social media content creation
- Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Based in, or able to work within Asia time zones
Nice to have
Experience in hospitality, SaaS, or B2B marketing
Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Webflow or WordPress
Basic analytics experience (Google Analytics, LinkedIn insights)
Experience working with freelancers or agencies
