In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding Trimble’s market penetration in Indonesia, directly influencing the adoption of digital construction workflows and shaping the future of the regional civil engineering and surveying landscape.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

• Spearhead dealer development activities and partner strategies to accelerate the adoption of Trimble’s innovative construction portfolio.

• Empower distributor teams through high-impact product training and expert job site demonstrations of heavy equipment machine control.

• Drive ambitious market penetration by identifying new business opportunities and evaluating marketplace potential across all customer segments.

• Own the channel enablement roadmap, building partner competence in both sales and technical knowledge to ensure long-term ROI.

• Collaborate with regional leadership to align channel development plans with global sales strategies and growth objectives.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• You hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or Digital/BIM Construction and have a deep understanding of the industry.

• You have proven experience in civil construction, surveying, or machine control, with a natural aptitude for heavy equipment technology.

• You are a motivated "hunter" with a background in sales within the construction environment and a drive for business development.

• You are a solution-driven team player with the ability to manage complex partner relationships and sensitive situations effectively.

• You have the flexibility and willingness to travel frequently within Indonesia and occasionally overseas to support business growth.

Bonus Points For:

• Hands-on experience with BIM workflows or digital construction transformation.

• Existing networks within the Indonesian construction and surveying distributor markets.
