Acceler works closely with leadership teams to identify high-ROI opportunities, design solutions, and deploy AI at scale.\nWe are hiring a Founder's Office Associate to help build Acceler’s B2B business from 0→1. This is a high-ownership, high-ambiguity role for someone who enjoys structured problem-solving, building from scratch, and working closely with leadership. You will partner directly with the Director, Founder’s Office across GTM, product, and client strategy.\n\nJob description\n\n* Drive 0 to 1 development of B2B offerings, including solution frameworks and scalable business models\n* Identify and prioritise high-impact enterprise AI opportunities through structured problem discovery\n* Define and refine go-to-market strategy, positioning, and narrative development\n* Support enterprise client discovery, deal structuring, and strategic engagements\n* Develop high-quality executive materials (proposals, pitch decks, and presentations)\n* Translate complex business challenges into structured, AI-enabled solution approaches\n* Design and build AI-led programs, accelerators, and capability-building journeys\n* Create robust frameworks, playbooks, and reusable intellectual property (IP)\n* Support execution of enterprise programs and leadership-facing workshops\n* Collaborate cross-functionally to drive implementation, alignment, and measurable outcomes\n* Conduct market intelligence and competitive benchmarking to inform strategy\n* Support new business initiatives, strategic partnerships, and growth opportunities\n* Tackle ambiguous, high-priority problems with a first-principles and structured approach
