About the job Customer Service Opportunity | Remote (Portugal)

We are currently hiring for a Customer Service role within an international automotive project.

Location: Braga (remote – mainland Portugal)
Start Date: 16 April 2026

Requirements:

• Catalan (C1+)
• English (B2+)
• Based in mainland Portugal
• Customer-oriented profile

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotational shifts: 07:00 – 19:00
• Weekends off

Salary & Benefits:

• 1073€ x14 months
• 25€ bonus x12
• 7.63€ meal allowance/day
• 20€ Braga allowance x12
• Welcome bonus (paid monthly)
• Health insurance (free after 6 months)

Eligibility:

• EU ID / Residence Card / Manifestação de Interesse
• Valid or expired Type D visa with AIMA process
• NIF required

Notes:

• No relocation support
• Candidates must already be in mainland Portugal
