Web Designer (OFF)

Role: Performance Marketing Designer\nLocation: Remote | Philippines\nSchedule: 9AM-5PM Eastern Time Zone\nSalary: $1,280 - $2,720 per month | $8 - $17 per hour (based on experience)\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n* Design high-converting landing pages for paid media campaigns (Unbounce, WordPress, Perspective, or similar)\n* Design visually compelling website pages with a focus on UX and conversions/performance\n* Develop website designs for WordPress websites (homepage, service pages, etc.)\n* Create high-performing static ad creatives for Meta, LinkedIn, Google Display, and other channels\n* Leverage AI tools to produce scroll-stopping video ads for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube\n* Design email templates and graphics that engage subscribers and support campaign goals\n\n* Strong design skills with experience in landing pages, web design, and ad creatives\n* Landing pages for Google or Meta ads lead generation campaigns with understanding of CRO principles\n* Experience in Unbounce or Clickfunnels is not required, but a huge plus\n* Understanding of performance marketing principles (CRO, CTR, conversion funnels)\n* Proficiency with design tools — experience with some or most of these is preferred: Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, DaVinci Resolve\n* Experience leveraging AI tools for design, video editing, or creative generation\n* A portfolio showcasing web, ad, and email design work (static + video preferred)\n\n* Remote Work: Work from anywhere—our team is global, and we value work-life balance.\n\n* Growth Opportunities: As a key player i you’ll have the chance to shape your role and grow with us.\n\n* Innovative Culture: Join a team that is passionate about leveraging data to solve challenges and drive success in a rapidly evolving market.\n\n_As part of our recruitment process, all candidates will be kindly asked to agree to_ Lago’s Confidentiality and Non-Circumvention Agreement.
