German Customer Service Representative - Lisbon

We are looking for motivated German-speaking professionals to join a fast-growing international customer support team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customers receive timely assistance while contributing to the improvement of processes and overall experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and advice to customers regarding products, services, and orders.

  • Manage inquiries across multiple communication channels.

  • Ensure adherence to company standards while handling sensitive information.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Monitor customer interactions to provide feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Enthusiastic team player with attention to detail.

  • Previous experience in customer support or back-office operations is a plus.
