Position: Securities Operations Director (BGC) | Onsite

Work Arrangement: Onsite at BGC Taguig

Schedule: Night shift

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
Professional FINRA licenses such as Series 99 are a plus
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Securities Operations within Banking Operations, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role (Director level or higher)
Strong knowledge of the securities lifecycle, Money Movement, SWIFT messaging, and market infrastructures (e.g., DTCC, NSCC)
Proficiency in data analytics tools
Familiarity with automation, RPA, AI, and digital transformation initiatives in Operations

Key Responsibilities:**

Supervise experienced managers and specialized management teams
Lead organization-wide initiatives of moderate to high complexity involving cross-functional stakeholders
Identify strategies for process improvements and risk mitigation within security operations
Make strategic decisions to resolve complex issues and ensure compliance with high-risk deliverables
Develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate to high complexity
Collaborate with and influence professionals at all levels, including managers
Drive the team to meet objectives
Oversee resource allocation, including personnel and financials, within Securities Operations
Foster a culture focused on talent development aligned with business goals and strategies
