About the Role
This is a flexible, "on-demand" role focused on quality assurance. You would visit local school sites to ensure our programs are running smoothly and according to HOKALI’s standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily student check-in and check-out procedures.
- Support Educators during class transitions to ensure proper supervision ratios.
- Remain on site until all students have been safely dismissed.
- Set up and organize materials before classes; assist with cleanup afterward.
- Communicate supply needs, attendance inconsistencies, or incidents to the Site Coordinator.
- Help manage snack distribution and maintain clean, safe environments.
- Provide additional supervision or coverage when needed.
- Uphold HOKALI’s safety standards and report any incidents immediately.
Schedule & Compensation
Schedule: Fixed shifts (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM) based on site needs.
Rate: $35/hr
Location: Primarily Fullerton, CA (with potential visits to nearby schools).
Legal authorization to work in the US
Experience in Field Operations positions or similar
Experience in School Environment (Must)
