Open Roles:

  • Customer Support Agent: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care.
  • Content Moderator: Review and moderate user-generated content across digital platforms, ensuring compliance with community standards.
  • Account or Sales Manager
  • Technical Support

What You Bring:

  • German at B2 level and English at B1-B2 level
  • EU passport
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus
  • Willingness to relocate
