We are looking to hire a performance-driven Video Producer who recognizes that content equals growth.

This position is not about creating “cinematic for cinematic’s sake” pieces.
It focuses on producing ads, hooks, and captivating content that generate clicks, leads, and revenue.

You will be a key player in our content production hub — collaborating closely with marketing to deliver videos that achieve results.

🎯 Your Responsibilities

🎥 Capture high-impact ad creatives (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)

⚡ Create short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) featuring compelling hooks

🧠 Transform marketing briefs into conversion-oriented video content

🎬 Manage full production processes — from concept to shooting to final edits

📊 Collaborate with the performance team to evaluate effectiveness and iterate rapidly

🔁 Develop multiple variations of the same idea for A/B testing purposes

🎯 Emphasize UGC-style, founder-led, and product storytelling videos

🧩 Work alongside editors and designers for quick turnarounds

🧠 Essential Knowledge

Hooks matter more than aesthetics

The first 3 seconds determine success

Content must be tested, never assumed

Quantity and speed trump perfection

🧰 Required Skills

Proficient hands-on experience with camera equipment (Sony/Canon, etc.) and lighting setups

Strong understanding of ad creatives and performance marketing content

Editing proficiency (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci)

Capability to produce fast-paced, high-volume content

Knowledge of UGC, D2C, and direct response content formats

Basic comprehension of ad metrics (CTR, retention, conversions)

Excellent storytelling with a focus on sales effectiveness

🔥 Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications

Background in D2C, startups, or agency performance marketing

Experience managing ₹-scale ad budgets (Meta/Google)

Understanding what makes a successful ad creative

Experience filming UGC creators, influencers, or founders
