Responsibilities

• Create and implement HR strategy to support the company mission and principles
• Provide operational leadership and hands-on contributions in core existing HR systems and processes
• Support recruitment processes in case of need, as well as manage recruitment and selection activities across the company to ensure the attraction of high-quality candidates who can contribute to the growth and success of the businesses.
• Manages onboarding and induction of all new hires
• Provide a range of HR services to employees from joining to the expiry of the contract and assist in all matters relating to employment matters
• Perform hands-on contributions to the improvement of HR processes and policies:workforce administration, compensation review, benefits, performance and talent management, training
• Perform various administrative duties to support HR records and administration requirements in line with compliance and record-keeping requirements
• Work in partnership with the team to ensure effective management of complex employee relations issues
• Creates an environment that fosters and rewards teamwork, collaboration, mutual support, and achievement of common goals
• Works in partnership with other stakeholders to develop high-impact development plans and ensure the achievement of employee development goals
• Manage expats full-cycle employment process
