Responsibilities
- Create and implement HR strategy to support the company mission and principles
- Provide operational leadership and hands-on contributions in core existing HR systems and processes
- Support recruitment processes in case of need, as well as manage recruitment and selection activities across the company to ensure the attraction of high-quality candidates who can contribute to the growth and success of the businesses.
- Manages onboarding and induction of all new hires
- Provide a range of HR services to employees from joining to the expiry of the contract and assist in all matters relating to employment matters
- Perform hands-on contributions to the improvement of HR processes and policies:workforce administration, compensation review, benefits, performance and talent management, training
- Perform various administrative duties to support HR records and administration requirements in line with compliance and record-keeping requirements
- Work in partnership with the team to ensure effective management of complex employee relations issues
- Creates an environment that fosters and rewards teamwork, collaboration, mutual support, and achievement of common goals
- Works in partnership with other stakeholders to develop high-impact development plans and ensure the achievement of employee development goals
- Manage expats full-cycle employment process
