- 統籌海內外辦公室租約及辦公室保險維護管理
- 審核每月租金發票與請款
- 提供海外員工辦公需求支援
- 員工差旅安排及請款
- 廠商關係維護
- 支援其他行政工作事項
Qualification
- 具備 2~3 年以上相關行政經驗,具備跨國行政支援經驗者佳
- 中英文溝通能力,能處理海內外窗口對接
- 精通 Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) 等協作工具
- 具備 AI 工具 (如 ChatGPT, Gemini) 應用經驗
