Danish Customer Service Agent in Greece - Remote/On-site

Are you a native or fluent Danish speaker who loves helping people and dreams of a Mediterranean lifestyle? We're looking for enthusiastic Danish-Speaking Customer Service Agents to join our client's vibrant international team in Greece either remotely or on-site.

In this role, you'll be the friendly voice (or chat/email expert) supporting Danish customers for a leading global brand in tech, e-commerce, automotive, or entertainment. Your mission: resolve inquiries quickly, deliver top-notch service, and turn every interaction into a positive experience!

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat in fluent Danish

  • Analyze issues, consult knowledge bases or team experts, and provide accurate, efficient solutions

  • Build strong customer relationships and contribute to high satisfaction scores

  • Share insights with the team to help improve processes and services

  • Native or near-native fluency in Danish (C1-C2)

  • Solid English skills (B2)

  • Good computer skills and tech-savviness - comfortable working with multiple screens, CRM software, MS Office tools, fast typing, and navigating digital platforms efficiently

  • A positive, customer-focused mindset

  • Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills

  • No prior experience required - the company offers paid training!

  • Competitive Salary **(**1.300€ - 1500€ gross/per month)

  • 14 Salaries (1 bonus salary provided in Christmas, and 1 bonus salary provided in two installments, April and July)
