Description

Our Client is a data center developer and operator in the Philippines. WIth the expansion of their business, they are looking for Data Centre Operations Officers.

Key responsibilities:

• 24/7 monitoring of operational conditions
• Reception and logging of incidents
• Initial incident triage and classification
• Provide remote hands services
• Escalate incidents to the relevant persons in charge.
• Maintenance of accurate incident timelines and records
• Cabling activities such as cable dressing and organization, labelling, testing, physical cabling fault isolation and restoration, removal and cleanup of abandoned cabling, termination
• Physical hardware support (observation and reporting only).
• Environmental monitoring support
• Escort visitors and provide access support when required.

Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma in a related field
• Some work experience in a data center environment
• Flexibility in working a shift pattern (Shift is either A.M. or P.M)
• Ability in tackling cabling activities
