Join us as a Digital Ads Onboarding Specialist, where youll support new clients as they launch their campaigns, craft strategic PPC solutions, and play a key role in their long-term advertising success.

What You´ll Do:
Guide newly onboarded advertisers through setup, strategy, and activation of their digital campaigns.
Conduct outbound calls to understand client needs and present tailored PPC solutions.
Build and analyze strategic, results-driven campaigns that deliver both short- and long-term performance.
Identify opportunities for account growth, increased spend, and upselling.
Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and follow structured workflows.
Manage a high volume of daily interactions while maintaining high-quality service.
What You Bring:
BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications a plus) or equivalent experience.
Fluent-level Danish (C2) and strong English (C1). Additional Nordic languages are a benefit.
At least 20 months in sales, marketing, or other client-facing roles.
Able to work independently, stay organized, and meet performance targets.
Skilled with CRM systems and comfortable using AI tools in your daily work.
Clear, confident communicatorboth in speech and writingand comfortable presenting.
Proactive, solution-driven mindset with strong ownership.
Analytical ability to interpret data, spot trends, and understand competitive markets.
Customer-centric, supportive, and comfortable in fast-paced situations.
Special Strengths for the Danish/Nordic Market:
Deep understanding of Danish and Nordic business culture and communication norms.
Ability to build trust quickly with clients who value transparency and data-driven reasoning.
Strong problem-solving skills for addressing complex advertising questions.
Knowledge of the Nordic digital ecosystem and how PPC fits within broader strategies.
Confidence discussing ROI, integrations, and multi-channel performance.
GDPR awareness and understanding of local data privacy expectations.
Ability to tailor outreach to a market with high standards for clarity, compliance, and professionalism.
What We Offer:
Full-time role (39 hrs/week) based in sunny Barcelona.
Salary: 22.000 - 25.000 gross/year + bonus.
