We operate from purpose-built clinics in Balcatta, Joondalup, Canning Vale & Jindalee!
You’ll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Positive Behaviour Support in a truly collaborative environment. We offer individual and group therapies in clinics, homes, and schools, wherever children need us most.
Job Description
We’re excited to welcome a Registered Paediatric Psychologist to our friendly, dynamic team at AIM Therapy. If you love working with children and value feeling supported in your clinical work, we would love to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll use your expertise to help children build skills, confidence, and independence, while working alongside a collaborative team that genuinely values what you bring. You’ll have the time, support, and flexibility to do work you’re proud of and see the impact you make with children and families every day.
Opportunities are available at our Canning Vale, Jindalee, and Joondalup clinics.
What the Role Looks Like Day‑to‑Day
- Completing initial appointments and getting to know new families
- Running fun, creative therapy sessions in our vibrant clinic spaces and out in the community
- Working closely with schools, families and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach for the children we support.
- Reviewing therapy journeys and planning next steps as children reach goals or transition on.
- Being part of a strong professional development program with plenty of opportunities to grow

Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
- Current General Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- A valid Working With Children Check
- National Police Clearance
- A current driver’s licence
- Confident communication skills and the ability to connect easily with kids & families
- The ability to work independently, while also being a great team player
