We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Lead to drive growth and expand our footprint in the B2B market. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives at the intersection of sales strategy, client engagement, and emerging AI-driven solutions. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and positioning our AI-powered offerings to solve complex business challenges for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end B2B sales cycles—from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure and account expansion.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target industries, with a strong focus on enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and accelerate growth.
  • Engage with key decision-makers (CXOs, Heads of Product, Engineering, Data, etc.) to understand business needs and position AI-driven solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to tailor solutions and proposals aligned with client requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound efforts, networking, partnerships, and industry events.
  • Lead client presentations, product demos, and negotiations with a consultative selling approach.
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging AI technologies to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Establish long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–9 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise account management.
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated experience selling technology solutions, preferably AI/ML-driven products or SaaS platforms.
  • Deep understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales methodologies.
  • Ability to translate complex AI-driven capabilities into clear business value propositions for clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and customer pain points.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in AI, data platforms, automation, or advanced analytics solutions.
  • Exposure to industries such as fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
