We’re looking for a Course Creator who combines creativity with instructional design expertise, someone passionate about transforming content into engaging learning experiences that truly resonate with end users.

What you’ll be doing

Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content using Easygenerator.
Convert existing customer learning materials into interactive, user-friendly courses.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and define target audiences.
Set clear instructional goals and ensure content aligns with learning objectives.
Apply instructional design theories, methodologies, and best practices.
Analyze trends in learning technologies and continuously improve course quality.
Write, edit, and paraphrase instructional content to enhance clarity and engagement.
Design structured lessons and contribute to curriculum planning.

What you’ll bring

1+ year of relevant experience in course creation, instructional design, or e-learning.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong listening, organizational, and communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Basic understanding of instructional design principles and learning methodologies.
