We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated PMO Lead to join our dynamic team at a leading pharmaceutical company in Shanghai, China. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Project Management Office (PMO) function, ensuring successful execution and delivery of critical projects across the organization. The PMO Lead will work closely with senior leadership, project managers, and cross-functional teams to align projects with the company’s strategic goals, drive project efficiency, and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
