As a Customer Support Specialist, you´ll be the friendly expert our Dutch-speaking customers rely on. You will:

Engage with customers via phone, email & chat
Provide clear, friendly support and product guidance
Troubleshoot issues and ensure every customer feels valued
Log and track cases with accuracy and care
Go above and beyond to deliver an outstanding experience

What You Bring:

Fluent / C2 Dutch you express yourself naturally and confidently
Strong B2 English to collaborate with your international team
A people-first mindset paired with excellent communication
Tech-savvy attitude and the ability to multitask with ease
