This is Sesame HR and we’re looking for our new star signing for our team as an Inbound SDR for Brazilian Market.  

We are Sesame HR, the digital solution that helps HR teams, managers and companies to optimize personnel management processes, centralizing them in a single platform.

🤓 ¿What do we expect from you? 

At a technical level and experience, you need to have:

• At least one year of sales/commercial experience in SaaS industry

• Communication, empathy and active listening skills

• Language: Native Portuguese, Fully proficient in English and/or Spanish

  

You will shine if ✨:

• Experience with CRM usage: Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc…

• Proactive and resolutive attitude

👩‍💻👨‍💻 What will you be doing in Sesame?

• Qualify incoming leads from different sources. 

• Assign qualified leads to the correct Account Executive. 

• Advice and guide prospects in a consultative way when they are looking for an HR management tool.
