You will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting up meetings for our sales or client relations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients via phone, email, or messaging platforms to schedule appointments.
  • Follow a provided script while personalizing conversations to engage prospects.
  • Qualify leads by gathering necessary information and ensuring they meet company criteria.
  • Maintain and update client databases with accurate details of scheduled appointments.
  • Send reminders and confirmations to both clients and internal teams.
  • Handle follow-ups and reschedule appointments as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any basic inquiries from prospects.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and scheduling platforms.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
