In this role, you will Analyze product requirements and transform them into structured test cases and scenarios Test internal CRM systems with a focus on data accuracy and business logic validation Validate email campaigns and push notifications, ensuring correct triggers, segmentation, and delivery logic Perform manual testing of web applications including functional, regression, UI/UX, and smoke testing Test APIs using Postman or Swagger, covering both positive and negative scenarios Use DevTools for inspecting network requests, logs, and console errors, and work with logs for deeper issue analysis Assess testing risks and contribute to sprint planning and task estimation Create clear and structured bug reports with proper reproduction steps, prioritization, and context Contribute to improving QA processes, documentation, and overall testing efficiency
