The focus of the Clinical Sales Associate (CSA) is to clinically sell to maximize the da Vinci® Surgical System’s utilization in the Winchester, VA territory.\n\nEssential Job Duties\n\nWork with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy to drive robot utilization\nManage surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration and da Vinci® Surgery applications\n* Be a da Vinci® Surgery resource across all primary surgical specialties\n* Support regional Sales and Marketing events that create system awareness and procedure adoption\n* Develop a da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure they can use the system unsupervised\n* Drive continuous expansion of the user base by working with KOLs\n* Drive the sales of instruments and accessories\n* Responsibly manage administrative tasks; sales activities, submission of expense reports, etc.
