Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in a service desk LoB in the BPO industry
- 2 years experience in knowledge base (KB) management
- Must have experience in creating, maintaining, and updating knowledgebase articles under a service desk account
- ITIL Certification is a plus
- Web design experience is also a plus
