Are you ready for something different? 

As a Customer Product Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a variety of activities following the successful onboarding and setup of clients within the Payslip platform. The role focuses on supporting clients with ongoing queries and requests, training and providing technical expertise, and ensuring smooth payroll processing across all stages of the payroll process such as: Inputs, Gross to Net, payslips, tax documents etc.

Key responsibilities    

  • Provide timely responses and world class customer service to clients
  • Data Management & analysis, transcription and reformatting  
  • Proactively propose process improvements and optimizations
  • Ensure project success through timely execution and pro-active communication
  • Communicate with internal teams, management and clients  
  • Participate in regular customer meetings (e.g. bi-weekly or monthly), in line with agreed client engagement models 
  •  Deliver training sessions to new and existing customer users of the Payslip platform, ensuring effective adoption and usage 
  • Take part in functionality testing and provide feedback on results  
  • Provide support in creating and maintaining comprehensive product user documentation  
  • Provide support when needed to other divisions within the company such as Sales, Marketing, Implementation

  

Qualification and Skills Required  

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English  
  • Previous 2+ year experience in a similar customer support position 
  •  Ability to build positive working relationships and communicate clearly  
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.

  • Strong analytical, time management and organizational skills 
  •  Problem solving and decision-making skills  
  • Ability to interact professionally with management and clients
