We are seeking an execution-focused Assistant Manager / Manager – Procurement to drive end-to-end procurement operations aligned with project timelines in the commercial real estate and office fit-out domain. This role involves managing sourcing, vendor relationships, cost optimization, and contract execution while ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional teams. You will play a critical role in enabling efficient project delivery by ensuring the availability of high-quality materials and services at optimal costs. A key aspect of this position is the practical application of AI tools to enhance procurement efficiency, including vendor comparison, cost benchmarking, and forecasting. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of leveraging technology and data to make informed decisions in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end procurement aligned with project requirements and timelines
• Source materials and services for office fit-outs and infrastructure projects
• Ensure cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery of procurement activities
• Develop, manage, and evaluate vendor relationships across multiple locations
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with vendors
• Maintain vendor databases and track performance metrics
• Conduct cost analysis, prepare BOQs, and perform vendor comparisons
• Manage purchase orders, contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement policies
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Collaborate with design, project, and operations teams to align procurement with execution plans
• Lead and manage procurement team members, ensuring task allocation and timely delivery
• Leverage AI tools and ERP systems for procurement optimization, reporting, and automation
• Drive data-backed decision-making across procurement processes

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3–8 years of experience in procurement, preferably in real estate, construction, or fit-out projects
• Strong understanding of office fit-outs, materials, and project procurement cycles
• Proven expertise in vendor management, negotiations, and contract handling
• Demonstrated hands-on use of AI tools in procurement processes (mandatory)
• High learning agility with the ability to adapt in dynamic environments
• Strong analytical skills for cost optimization and data-driven decision-making
• Experience in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management
• Leadership capabilities with experience managing or mentoring teams
• Familiarity with ERP tools and procurement systems (Zoho Books or similar is a plus)
• PAN India vendor network and facility management exposure are added advantages
