Sr. Manager, Field Engineering - Public Sector (SLED) role leading a team of Solutions Architects for the SLED segment of Databricks’ Public Sector Field Engineering team. You will hire, train, and grow a team of Solutions Architects, establish relationships across the business, and ensure your team stays ahead of the technical curve in enterprise software, big data/analytics, data engineering, data science, data warehousing and generative AI.

What We Look For includes proven experience building and leading technical pre/post-sales teams, 8+ years in the data space, trusted advisor to technical executives, cross-functional collaboration, and US Citizenship.
