About the job: Oracle Fusion Solutions Architect AD (Makati) | Hybrid\n\nWork Schedule: Morning Shift\n\nWork Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati\n\nEligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines\n\nResponsibilities: \n* Analyze client requirements, business processes, and technical environments to design effective solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.\n* Utilize in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules, including ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, and others, to address diverse client needs effectively and innovatively. \n \n* Conduct detailed and impactful product demonstrations that showcase how our solutions can accomplish client business objectives and resolve complex challenges. \n \n* Craft comprehensive solution proposals, including architecture diagrams, integration plans, and implementation strategies tailored to meet specific client needs. \n\n* Provide insights on solution architecture, estimates, scoping, and deal structuring, contributing to compelling and competitive solution proposals. \n\n* Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers at client organizations to understand strategic objectives and present the value propositions of our solutions. \n\n* Foster and maintain robust relationships with clients, Oracle partners, and internal teams to facilitate collaboration and successful sales outcomes.\n\nRequirements:\n\n* Bachelor''s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are highly advantageous.\n* Over 6-12 years of experience in presales and delivery of Oracle Fusion Applications Financials, SCM, HCM, and EPM modules for international clients. \n\n* At least 5 full project life cycle experiences involving scoping, estimation, architecture, design, customizations, testing, and deployment.\n* Proficient in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, etc.), SQL, PL/SQL, and relevant integration technologies.\n* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong presentation skills with a successful track record in client engagement.\n* Proven ability to analyze requirements, design effective solutions, and troubleshoot technical challenges.\n* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, technical teams, and partners to achieve successful sales outcomes.\n* Oracle Certification in Fusion applications is highly desirable.
