Job Title: Team Lead

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (Cebu City)

Shift Schedule: Shifting Schedules (24x7 ops)

Requirement: 

• Finished at least 2 years in college without back subject/s

• At least 2+ years of experience as an Operations Team Lead / Operations Survisor / Assistant Manager in any LOBs (preferably in sales or retail domain)

• Experience managing team operations/production agents doing voice work (international account)

• Excellent communication Skills

• Preferably available to start immediately
